Robert Streb wins The RSM Classic

Robert Streb won The RSM Classic on Sunday to become a two times PGA tour winner after his first win 6 years ago at the same event, he become the first player to win The RSM Classic two times.

In the sudden death play-off, he faced a previous winner of the event Kevin Kisner and won the tournament. He had a spectacular event leading to the win. After a 36-hole lead, kisner tied the lead at -19 and forced a play-off.

Streb jumped 140 places in the FedEx cup ranking and secured himself a place in the next Masters tournament in addition to full year PGA tour participation.

The RSM classic is a golf tournament on the PGA tour played at Simons Island, Georgia at the Sea Island Golf Club. The tournament is played over two courses Seaside course; Plantation course, this the tenth anniversary of the tournament that debuted on October 2010.
